At SOJOS VISION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your unique vision.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your sunglasses and all original accessories, including the microfiber pouch and cleaning cloth, inside the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
